It would be nice if there were a way to clear the message-tab because after I'd been running BOINC for a couple of days there were quite a lot of entries under that tab, this actually caused BOINC to slow down my computer every time I switched to the message-tab. A button or a right-click option would suffice.

A work around is to stop and start the client.
