Can anybody shed some light on the following situation;

I am succesfully running Seti/Boinc on my home PC and today I tried to set things up on my work PC. Boinc installed fine.

I attached to the project url with my account password and the project appeared for a few seconds then disconected saying that it could not connect to the url.

Also tried with proxy enabled - same result although this time it did tell me that it required work before disconnecting with the same error.

Is this something to do with our corporate network or are there problems with new computers connecting at the moment?

I had the same problem with my sons machine.
I´ve tested several things, the problem was the firewall i couldn´t configure.
After closing it works fine.

Another possible problem is that the url is sensitive to leading and trailing spaces.
