Hi, I've just downloaded BOINC and I wanted to take part. The problem is that I already have an account (I activated it, since I already used Seti@Home classic), but I do not know what to write in the "Project URL:" box... if I type http://setiathome.berkeley.edu, the answer is an error box like: "BOINC failed to log in to setiathome.berkeley.edu, please check your account ID and try again". The account ID is okay, I even had it sent again via mail, and it's the same as before...

This it most likely a server issue. Try again later and maybe it will go through. Also you should check your firewall/proxy settings. If one of them is blocking BOINC you may get similar messages.

Uh huh, now it works. I worked the problem out, it's just that the correct URL was *NOT* the one of this website, but the one of Seti@Home Classic. :)
