	Client stops work until last completed WU is uploaded. (Or am I doing something wrong?). It may be better to allow the client to continue work on downloaded units while waiting to upload - failing that there seems to be no 'time' benefit with BOINC over the classical client. There are several reasons why someone may not be logged in to the net at all times.

	BOINC should be processing from the queue while it's up/downloading. The only time I see it waiting is if it does not have all the files it needs and is waiting on one or more of them to download. John Keck BOINCing since 2002/12/08

This can easily be seen during periods of server inactivity when uploads are delayed indefinitely. Processing continues regardless of upload status. <a> [/url]
