I'm working on that, more memory next month, a Seasonic platinum 1050w psu which is on the way, a Xeon 1650 v2 cpu on My desk and of course a Captain 360EX cpu cooler nearby, a video card will come, but not right now as I need to wait for the ram and then I can do a partial upgrade. I may not be able to do this or that as fast as you, but slow and steady wins as the fable goes, hare vs tortoise. I have a home, a car, and PCs, the house and car have been taken care of for a few years, it's not like I'm dying soon, I have about 30 years at the very least as My family is long lived, so I have time and I laid the ground work, the last of the cases will be here soon and the psus, plus 2 more psus(Seasonic 850w titanium), some work on 1 motherboard in June 2019 and I will be done there, and I've identified the few remaining parts that I will need, it's not a dream, but like I said I have time.
