Greetings,

Last night I found that I had mass quantities (102) of WUs with computational errors. Most are SoG WUs. :(

Here is just one example of the 102. :(

Is there some kind of clue to let me know if something is wrong or going wrong with my PC? I haven't had any since last night.

Have a great day! :)

A quick look at the error report for one task showed:
-1073741515 (0xC0000135) STATUS_DLL_NOT_FOUND

This suggests that either the GPU drivers have been corrupted, or the application has had similar fate.

As a first step - try re-booting the computer, it may be one of those glitches that Windows likes to throw in our direction :-(
Rebooting should clear any stuck flag, and the re-start will force BOINC to reload the applications, thus clearing anything that was wrong there.
Passing thought - you appear to be trying to use both the GTX1050ti and an Intel GPU - they don't always play well together, so turn off the "use Intel GPU" option ( https://setiathome.berkeley.edu/prefs.php?subset=project ) - the GTX1050ti is so much faster than the Intel device (which has a reputation for slowing down the CPU) you won't loose anything.
Also, I notice that currently there are a number of CUDA42 tasks running - let them finish and let BOINC try and sort out what the best application for the GTX1050ti is on your system.

HI Rob,

I just figured it out. I did see the above message about the DLL. You mentioned the GPU drivers. I updated the NVIDIA driver yesterday. That's how the errors happened. Rats! I gotta remember to suspend BOINC or even shut it down when I do something like that.

Nope, I'm not trying to use the iGPU; it is not selected on my preferences page.

Thanks for the information Rob. :)

Have a great day! :)
