So, I'm curious...

What are the run times people are seeing using the special app on this tape??

Just got a bunch of 04dc18aa as well, have to wait for all the blc wu's to clear first.
I used to be a cruncher like you, then I took an arrow to the knee.

RTX 2070 running the average ones in about 40-45s it seems, with some longer ones in the 55s range.

my 1080tis (power limited to 200W, on a PCIe x1 link) seem to be doing them some in around 30s, some around 55s. honestly these seem all over the place.

and the 1080tis are doing the 04dc's in ~95s

Guys
Silly question time - with WUs crunched in 55 seconds, is there any possibility of the supply running out?
TIA George

Only on Tuesday maintenance days, or other days where the project stops giving work for an extended period of time

To run out of work between the normal 5min refresh cycles, you’d have to be processing WUs in about 3 seconds. No card (yet) is that fast.

They said in their fundraising email that they will soon add Parkes data into the mix and to get friends into running seti to help handle all the data. The greenbanks data (blc) seem to take us a couple of weeks to process what they record in a single day. So I think there is more data than we can handle.
