After my Windows 10 updated(taking almost an hour) I get the message that my gpu's are missing? Missing for SETI and collatz, but not for primegrid. That one is running fine on both gpu cards.
What can I do?

That is because Windows updated your driver to one that doesn't support OpenCL and this has been discussed here far too many times so now you have to go to Nvidia and grab their driver that does support OpenCL.

Since you are running Win10 Pro, you can disable the automatic updating of drivers using the Group Policy Editor.
