Hello, I am very aware of the Windows method for more than one WU per GPU but I have never seen the Linux version of this. Does anyone have any idea?

The control files are the same for both Linux & Windows, all one has to be aware of is the exact file names and locations.

Yes I am not familiar with the Linux file structure so I don't know where these files are located.

For the repository version of Linux, you will be looking at creating:
/var/lib/boinc-client/projects/setiathome.berkeley.edu/app_config.xml

You will need root access to do this.

Hello, I am not very familiar with linux, does that mean I sudo gedit /var/lib/boinc-client/projects/setiathome.berkeley.edu/app_config.xml
I can't add appconfig.xml through the GUI because I cannot access the projects folder, is there any way I can do this through the GUI?

Yes, that should work.

The repository version of BOINC takes ownership of the files, I believe the actual owner is boinc-user, but that really doesn't matter.

For GUI access you can ... sudo chmod -R 0777 /var/lib/boinc-client ... (that gives everyone permissions) then you can edit files at will under your name. BUT BOINC will take ownership back when restarted.

EDIT: Just a note ... sudo nautilus ... (for Ubuntu) for a superuser file manager window.
