Claims that on Aug 27 that Mars will appear to be almost the same size as the moon are circulating again this year. How gullible can people be?

Well, the moon and Mars are very prominent together right now, but I agree, it's hard to imagine them both being the same size in the sky. The science behind the impossibility doesn't connect with everybody.
