I'd say positive attitude helps a lot, too, and Phud and Byron, you both have that, definitely! :~)

I'm so happy there is such a thing as cardiac rehab these days :) I don't know when exactly it became a multi-disciplinary tailored program/approach to helping people get better and stay better for longer, more comfortable and active times ahead, but I don't think it was always that way. So yay!! to everyone involved in making that possible, including Byron and Phud (and the others I know we have dotted about the place too).

Hello Byron, very glad to read that you're on such a promising trajectory.

You walking daily up to an hour is quite impressive ! Will you be able to keep it up when winter will set down snow banks everywhere in your hood ? =:)

Byron, I am so glad that you have persevered and your prognosis is far better than you posted about when you started this thread.
Love you lots,

Byron, have they gotten you on an exercise bike yet?
how about an arm bike?

walking an hour is a huge step.
did they tell you how much water to drink during the day?
i was told to limit to about a liter of water a day.

keep trucking man!
