Does anyone else have Pi-Hole setup for DNS and have it set to Comodo?

I had a huge spike of DNS requests between 11 AM CST to about 4 PM CST. I went from about less than 40 queries at any given point before 11 AM to almost 2000 queries around 3 PM. And then it dropped.

I'm not sure if my Raspberry Pi had issues, or Pi-Hole, or Comodo.
