I'm sorry if this has been asked before, but what is the upper limit of work units a single host can cache?
I've got one host with two GPUs running 24/7 for this project (GPU-apps only). AFAIK each GPU adds 100 to the cache, so there should be 200 WUs "in progress" on my machine, right?

For the last weeks I've been wondering why my profile task list shows more than 400 WUs as being "in progress". Also, a couple of days ago my profile page suddenly showed 150+ WUs which "Timed out - no response" (dating back to November 2017).
However, this shouldn't have happened, since the machine is always up and running and completes a WU in about 5-6 minutes. Thus, even 400 WUs should have been crunched in less than 24 hours.

Is this yet another case of "Ghost work units" which where never downloaded onto my machine?

As your computers are hidden, it would have to be a guess, but yes, very probably.
