I've been looking at pulling some statistics together across multiple projects involving the total awarded credit per project each day into a spreadsheet where I am then doing some other calculations on the data.

For most projects this information is contained within the project/stats/tables.xml file under /tables/total_credit.

However SETI seems to be missing this field in the xml. Is this intentional?

Edit: Most projects follow the Boinc Wiki structure

Yes, I've had a look at the file, and that seems to be the case. I don't know the reason, but I suspect it may be because of the numbers involved - given the size of our database here at SETI, a SQL query (the obvious tool) may take too long to run.

You can get the information you're looking for from other sources: https://boincstats.com/en/stats/0/project/detail/lastDays might be useful.

I wasn't sure if it was missing due recent server issues SEI@home has had, but that info is not present in any of the saved stat dumps I have going back to 2017-07.
It doesn't appear to be in the host, team, or user output files either.

The individual user/host/team credit values are being exported normally - that's where BOINCstats and the other similar sites get their data from - but it's the project aggregate values which are missing. BOINCstats obviously recover the aggregate total by summing the individual values as they process them.

Yeah I was searching the other files to see if <nusers>, <nteams>, <nhosts>, and <total_credit> were moved to one of the other files.
Since SETI@home is often a test bed for BOINC changes it seemed reasonable that they might have been moved to a new location.
