Understanding that any N. Korean and the Iranian Regime's 'Agreements' most probably cannot be trusted. without valid 'threats' they will be scared of. AM, JE and possibly 'Yap'. How do we stop them without unleashing 'unintended consequences'? If 'unintended consequences' has always been necessary to stop their type of threat to humanity. You do understand that?
