is there a problems to sort this out, not only for the Work at Seti@home classic, and to sort this for BOINC WUs as a Sort order.... only a wish to the Berkeley Dev Team. Greetings from Germany NRW Ulli [/url] "I am convinced that human flight is possible and practical." -- Wilbur Wright, 1899 |

I don't think S@H classic should be a factor in sorting. It has absolutely nothing to do with the current project, (well, other than it's doing seti work) so why should it be used as a sorting method? |

I agree with you Heff, I think it's more exciting to start from scratch - it's a new project, let's give everyone a chance to reach for the top rather than just maintaining the status quo. |

I think Ulli was saying the team pages are currently sorted in SETI classic order and he would like to see it in BOINC order :) |

> Agree totally.! > > Then you can be 2nd :D But its ok for us as we're both on the top page - the for the others much lower down it would be a pain I think - and I get fed up of trying to find out who's doing all the credit that were not - i.e. Dunc, MikeSW17, Walsherz & OcUK Tech support and the others. Unless they're leaving it to normal stats sites - roll on BOINC@HOME |

I would also be happy when they change to boinc stats, at the moment the seti.germany team have not really started using boinc, as u can see on the stats. So It is a big chance to be ranked in a good position, I would be on position 10. But nooooooooo, they are using the old stats, so I'm on position 540. And all the good cruncher from seti classic who have not done a single Boinc Wu are on the top site, this sucks :((((( |

They will be revising Team stats and attempting to update Seti Classic Stats after Boinc is running smooth. I think they had such a rush of people switching over to Boinc( many more than were Beta testing) and the system overloaded. They have since been short on communication, but they are apparently making progress. I look forward to getting all these issues resolved. Rocky |

The team stats are currently unsorted to minimize database load... it's a band-aid in place hopefully only until they have all their problems sorted out and can return the project to regular status instead of going up and down so much. :-) Rob |
