Which will my system crunch faster, Astropulse or Seti@Home WU's?

Depends on whether you actually mean "faster" as in task completion time. MB will crunch faster than AP. However AP will pay out more credit per time crunching compared to MB. But AP work is hit or miss. Been pretty good for the past couple of months but AP work has gone missing for 6 months previously. I wouldn't count on AP work always being available. You can pretty much get MB work always.

MB run faster than APs, but APs give more credit. But they are not as plentiful as MBs.

So it's best to set your preferences for both.

No you wouldn't see it, but for those of us running "main stream" apps most certainly will see a big improvement running AP's over MB's. ;-)
