In law, rebuttal is a form of evidence that is presented to contradict or nullify other evidence that has been presented by an adverse party. Incorrect. Germanys economy is raking in billions to pay for said energy. Putin & his oligarchs will not jeopardise their ill gotten gains from that income in offshore accounts, so Germany won :-)
