Oh dear, why do they waste time and dollars on these farces? Republicans on House Intelligence Panel Clear Trump Campaign in Russian Meddling. Are the public that gullible over there? And then, President Trump Threatens Countries Who Don't Support a U.S. Bid for the 2026 World Cup. OMG, now that'll further alienate some more. |

President Trump Threatens Countries Who Don't Support a U.S. Bid for the 2026 World Cup. Blin! To most countries the FIFA World Cup is more important than the Olympics. And Trump, You don't know what football is! Trump is really a Sucker! An "урод"! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_aa7AwPc6s8 |

Your heading for the pics are the wrong way round. In the top picture they actually play with their feet. and are not allowed to handle it. In the lower picture they only one or two players use their feet and then at only specific times in the game therefore it cannot be classed as football. You might try to say the same about the best ball game Rugby, but there any player is free to kick the ball at any during normal play. |

Real sports: Rounders Netball Fake sports: Baseball Basketball Anyway you don't need the World Cup as you have the World Series :-) If "The Donald" wants the World Cup, he'd better change his travel bans. |

Back many years ago in college I had a friend (from Bristol, England) that lived in the same dorm as I did... He used to play every year in the intramural rugby league. It looked fun, and he used to say it was a game one needed to play while drunk (for the pain relief), but then it really wasn't my cup of tea. I much preferred to play the sport most of the rest of the world knew as football, and I thought (and still do) that 'American football' kinda sucks. https://youtu.be/iY57ErBkFFE #Texit Don't blame me, I voted for Johnson(L) in 2016. Truth is dangerous... especially when it challenges those in power. |

That kind of weather does not allow athletic excellence, even in skiing, much less a contact sport. |

Bunch of moral wimps for not insisting the weather was too bad, bowed to the dollar as always. In all other games with football in the full title, you go on to the pitch for for a full half, that's 40 or 45 minutes and then after a short break back out for another hal,. not for one or two plays. Could those in the picture have stayed out there for that long? |
