If you don't want to run the stock apps and wait for the scheduler to send you all possible apps to try, I would suggest installing the latest Lunatics Installer version 0.45 Beta-06 and manually configuring the AVX app for the cpu for both MB and AP tasks. And for the gpu I would suggest selecting the OpenCL AP app and the OpenCL SoG app for MB tasks. That way you get the highest performing apps immediately without going through all the lesser apps the installer will try out on your system before finally selecting what IT thinks is the best app. That often does not work correctly though it seems.

Best to leave the choice up to you in your hands in my opinion.
