Weird. I didn't know in the US the Daylight has its change in November.

Here the clocks has back an hour on 29th October, at 3:00 AM.

I hate this beacause cause in me the ''jet lag''. Then the time pass slowly.

A 2008 Swedish study found that heart attacks were significantly more common the first three weekdays after the spring transition, and significantly less common the first weekday after the autumn transition.

And down under here we've just completed our first month of daylight savings.

Terna, a Italy energy company, each year estimates energy savings. The following table reports this data for a few years. Looking at the table you can see that from 2004 to 2017 there was a drop in the savings.

Hmm...
In Mars Italy save almost nothing.
However you save a lot in October.
Doesn't make sense because the day lengths are the same in Mars and October.

The EU directive on "summer time" was once intended to save energy. New research from the European Parliament has proved once more that this objective has not been achieved.
On the contrary, the turnaround represents real risks for people.
Although one hour may feel like a trifle, several studies show that after a time shift there is an increased risk of heart problems.
A lot of people get stressed when changing time, especially in the spring and it is estimated that 30 people per year will be related to this. Calling april and october here for summer is a joke.
And in June and Juli ithere is never really any dark nights so the DST is pointless!
