It does. You are assuming that to be advanced they must want your western standards. That is not what being advanced is. Being advanced is being able to build what you want when you want. They want nukes and they are building nukes. You assume they want better farming more than they want nukes. No evidence for that assumption on your part. You again are projecting that Kim would stand and find another enemy to go crazy over and direct all advanced output to opposing. South wouldn't sign up for that. You forget they outnumber the north and any combined government would face that fact. Kim would not be able to continue if they combined.
