Message 1887007 - Posted: 31 Aug 2017, 1:18:18 UTC - in response to Message 1886993.

I bought the coffee to get rid of the French Vanilla liquid coffee creamer that I got from a food pantry last month, the coffee I could afford, the creamer?

<walks away, hoping Chris doesn't see that>

I meant buying more creamer, the bottle of creamer that I have was free.

<sighs, walks back in>

You got the creamer for free. Okay, fine. But then you felt obligated to buy coffee to put it in. That's where you lose me. You could have given it to someone else or just tossed it; either way, you would not have spent any money.

In an earlier day and age, this would have been called feminine logic. Of course in our present enlightened time, no one would say such a thing.

5 coffee packets $0.99 total. I like coffee, I just don't get enough, I can't even get SNAP in CA, even an unemployed person can get $160.00 a month, so yeah if CA let Me have SNAP, I'd probably get $135.99-160.00 a month, which would help, but I live in a CHEAPSKATE State, at least as long as H.R.1469 doesn't pass(115th Congress), then I'd have nothing.

I still don't buy the "logic" of the resolution to "Tomorrow is Yesterday."

Accidental time travel, the ship was trying to pull away from a dark star.

But if tomorrow is yesterday then today is a good day for a mutton lettuce and tomato sandwich.

Good nite George.

I said the resolution to it. Specifically, beaming the pilot and the sergeant back into their own bodies while going further back in time and then forward again. None of it makes sense.

Quite simple when viewed from the relativistic perspective.

Of course time travel is impossible, at least backwards in time.

Time travel is very real.
We all travel forward in time every day.
Backwards, no so much.

That is so clear. People get stuck in time and only move forward in a jerky motion as the momentum of time and space push them beyond their comfort zone. Sort of like earth quakes as blocks of sea floor crust slips down under the Continental crust. Thus causing disruption, damage and a pretty bad day.
