cc_config.xml with this will fix it.

<cc_config>
    <log_flags>
        <file_xfer>1</file_xfer>
        <sched_ops>1</sched_ops>
        <task>1</task>
    </log_flags>
    <options>
        <use_all_gpus>1</use_all_gpus>
    </options>
</cc_config>

If you already have a cc_config, just find that option and change the 0 to a 1

I think you need a cc_config.xml to use both types of GPUs

It needs to be placed in the boinc folder itself not in seti@home folder
<cc_config>
  <options>
    <use_all_gpus>1</use_all_gpus>
  </options>
</cc_config>

Arkayn's suggestion may get the two running, but being a stable & productive configuration I have my doubts.
The difference in performance capability of the two GPUs makes it a hard task. There are ways of doing it, but they can be very fragile. I would suggest you remove the '560 and leave it out as the '980 on its own will be a far more stable beast. Also, for its performance is the '560 is very power hungry when compared with the '980 - and power is heat that you need to get out of the case.

You would probably be better off replacing the GT120 with the GTX580 (provided there is space in the case and the PSU is up to it).
