I think that GMT and UTC are same during winter, but UTC does not use daylight saving time. So for me it its UTC +3 in summer and UTC +2 in winter.

Neither GMT nor UST have daylight saving - the only difference is the way in which the actual time is determined.
In the UK we have "BST" in the summer months, which moves us to GMT/UST +1 which is a so called "daylight saving" exercise, but these days that is of little consequence and not a little annoyance.
