So a nonspeaking English person can get 40 points more than an English speaking person?
Must be a joke.
It was introduced in Congress, nothing more need be said.

The US Congress?
No. It was introduced in the United States Senate in 2017.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RAISE_Act
The RAISE (Reforming American Immigration for Strong Employment) Act is a bill introduced in the United States Senate in 2017. Co-sponsored by Republican senators Tom Cotton and David Perdue, the bill seeks to reduce levels of legal immigration to the United States by 50% by halving the number of green cards issued. The bill would also impose a cap of 50,000 refugee admissions a year and would end the visa diversity lottery. The bill received the support of President Donald Trump, who promoted a revised version of the bill in August 2017, but was opposed by Democrats, immigrant rights groups, and some Republicans.

And WTF is Strong Employment?
That would exclude all Freelancers, Entrepreneurs, Voluntaries and many others that brings a lot to the community without being "Employed".

Of course it is a joke.
Most Nobel winners are of retirement age. Very few get one before the age of 40.
The average Scientist or Engineer with a Masters, gets it in their mid 30's and has a salary under $100,000. Might just get enough points to pass if they apply immediately.

If the quiz was anything like the Act introduced, then, no, the Master's degree isn't worth all that much to them.

He, He:) Every US citizens knows that and even Trump. Right?
We did have two Chambers (like House of Lords) until the 60's.
But why complicate it so much?
Here we vote for political parties that form the Parliament (House of Representatives).
The party in majority forms the Government.
Every proposal and changing legislation given from either Representatives or the Government have later be approved by voting in the House of Representatives. (Riksdag)
That's it.

In order to have, in the Senate, to have equal representation for the states roughly and roughly proportional representation (by population size) in the House.

Breitbart News counterpunched on Wednesday by saying the “globalist” paper is out of step with Mr Trump and his base.

That may be but his base does not represent the majority of the American people. They are a sizable plurality but not the majority.

I see..
In Europe are political parties proportional representation (by population size) only in the EU parliament .
Normally you would think that representation should be by voter size.
Not population size.
Rather strange

A Lesser Majority, although still Very Large, is against Trump.

Clyde that's called a minority.

Frankly we need a third chamber who can only repeal. Its majority must be from a different party as the majority in either of the other chambers.

Could you please rephrase that?
I don't understand that sentence.
And "we need a third chamber who can only repeal".
Doesn't that sound like totalitarian?

Not at all. It job is to repeal laws. If they are so unpopular that they repeal, great. Want them a different political party to prevent the mess we have now where when a party gets a temporary advantage over another it shoves wing-nut bills through. They won't last if there is a repeal chamber. Only necessary laws that are well centered will last.

That raid on Manafort's house a couple of weeks ago looks to be because Mueller and his team have taken over investigations in other parts of the country.
If this Bloomberg story is correct then there a lots of shady dealings worth investigating.

So I went to the About IJR page. Not a single name of a person there. Never heard of a news organization that didn't list who works for them, it is called the masthead. The contact page doesn't list a physical address.
