I`ve got no answer to my question month ago via mail.

Well, the task IS voluntary. And Richard has done a wonderful job with it.
If he is not doing another one yet, I suppose he has his reasons.
And, if he no longer wishes to do it in the future, perhaps he can find somebody worthy to pass the know-how on to.
