Ok, once you are done laughing let me explain that I upgraded from a Quadro NVS 295 which was taking about 8 hours or longer (sometimes over a day) for gpu tasks.

So having used a Gt710 back when I had a intel Duo 2 core (upgraded to 3+Ghz) online, I scrunged around for something cheap/similar to the gt710, found the 720. Got it installed.

And no surprise it started running 2.5~ hours per gpu task.

What is the best parameters for mb*sog.txt for this car.?

Currently I am running: -sbs 512 -spike_fft_thresh 2048 -tune 1 2 1 16 -oclfft_tune_gr 256 -oclfft_tune_lr 16 -oclfft_tune_wg 256 -oclfft_tune_ls 512 -oclfft_tune_bn 64 -oclfft_tune_cw 64 -tt 1500

But as I type, its a tiny bit laggy. So I am reducing the -tt to 500.

The proposed standard parms for this entry-level card are: -sbs 128 -spike_fft_thresh 2048 -tune 1 2 1 16

Those reliably produce the 2.5~ hour /SOG task.

The video card has 2GB of ram so the -sbs 512 should work since it also works on a Gtx 750Ti with 2 GB. What else might speed it up a little bit?

Thank you.
