Are their any issues going on with Getting New GPU Tasks? I can get 4 task to run on one rig with 4 GPUs and then it sits for an hour or more and not get any new task. While my rig with one GPU has been running all day. Is their a lowest version of the NVIDIA Driver that we need to run. On not 1080 Ti Cards I run Driver 373.06 and on my 1080 Ti Rigs Driver 378.92 Thanks for any info. Crunching@EVGA The Number One Team in the BOINC Community. There is nothing wrong with your systems or drivers. It's just the well acknowledged problem with the SETI schedulers and Nvidia cards. Likely just that the splitters are splitting nothing but Arecibo VLARs which won't be sent to Nvidia cards or that the schedulers are just confused as usual and forgot you system configuration, a problem that has been going on since before Christmas. You can try toggling your Preferences settings. Try turning off Nvidia cards and/or cycling through Accept AP and MB work and Accept Other work and save the changes a few times to get the schedulers to see your systems. I also try setting work_fetch_debug in the Client Log for a cycle and sometimes that wakes up the schedulers. I have one system down on work currently and am trying all my tricks. Good Luck. Thanks, I set up a Home Preference and changed over to it and now I am getting tasks. Crunching@EVGA The Number One Team in the BOINC Community. Folding@EVGA The Number One Team in the Folding@Home Community. |
