Back to Cuba.

Since I, and others have said it is time to 'Move On'. With our Diplomatic and Economic Relationship with Cuba.

Can the Present Cuban Government allow truly Free Trade. Including the Exchange of Ideas they don't agree with.

Or would they consider the above to be destructive to their power.

Give it some time. Raul is not young, and the people have had a taste of a better life. This won't happen over night, but I think it will happen.
The seeds are sown, and hopefully they won't be un-sown.
I think that over the next decade, Cuba will go through a lot of changes for the better.

I've found that clyde's comprehension of the English language is so abysmal that the poor fellow gets confused easily.
It's really pointless to try and correct his twisted interpretation of what you post, since he'll only twist those words as well.
