I am receiving notifications that I have notices on BOINC manager. But when I go the manager and click Notices, nothing is there. Nothing, no new notices, no old notices.

This behavior started a few weeks ago - everything else appears to be functioning properly.

Running Mac OS 10.12.4 on a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Early 2013), running SETI on BOINC Manager 7.6.33

Update to BOINC 7.6.34 through https://boinc.berkeley.edu/download.php which has a fix for that.

In the future, any problems with BOINC are best posted at the BOINC forums. If you want to read what caused this, there's a thread there in which the developer for the Mac figured it out.
