Look at the scales, doral, pectoral, eyes. Only thing it shares with a guppy is the large tail.
I've no idea, but here's a good looking guppy.

No that's a fancy guppy, a Male Guppy in fact, I had these, notice the modified fin below the body, it can be aimed, towards a female.

Nope, that was a Fancy Male Guppy, before I had a cat for a pet, I had fish for many years.

Here's a pair of mollies, note the differences, Mollies, Guppies, and Swordtails are live bearers, meaning they don't lay eggs.

A male Swordtail, there are many varieties of each.
