Power outage here at 9:33pm, power came back in a minute, then the power went out again, this lasted about 10 mins, I looked outside the park was dark, then I called SCE, in about a minute power was back, go figure, SCE isn't that fast at sending crews out, not on Sunday.

Temp is 85F, high 95F. Feels like 85F, humidity 42%

If you ever are in the Yermo CA area, this is at the Calico Rd Exit, The Yermo Travel Center, 26 gas pumps and some chargers for Tesla electric cars.

The Sundae looks like it will be mounted on top of the Water Tank soon. Sorry I didn't get out of the car, but it's 96F outside.

The store is looking good, I still have no idea when this place will open for business, October maybe?

Irma came through and I'm still here. Some of Florida got hit pretty hard, not to mention the islands of the caribbean. We got some wind damage in my neck of the woods but no flood damage. The storm blew through so fast it was over almost as soon as it started not dropping an excessive amount of rain.

I'm glad you didn't get too much rain. We've been getting the last little remnants of Irma up here in Kentucky. About a third of an inch of mostly drizzle all day. My rain gauge recorded over 4 inches from Harvey.

This area is lucky to get even 0.26" of rain, 4" would be a flash flood, and yes there is some flood protection behind here that the County maintains, but that is one of the benefits here of paying property taxes.

Well the UK is demonstrating that if one doesn't like the weather just now wait a bit and you'll get something different.
Yesterday was "cool, bright and shiny", today is "cool, damp and dull", but we are being promised "warmer, brighter and clearer". Which probably means it will be dense fog or sub-zero, heavy snow and bright sun.....

51F at 7:17am, high of 81F, current temp 69F, I got the gas furnace free of the clogged up a/c A frame, in a day or two I'll find out how much the part that was bad costs to replace, and what the cost of installation will be, for now if I want heat I just turn the furnace on at the thermostat, and then turn the blower on manually, to turn the heat off means I have to turn the blower off manually.
