Cool this morning at 47ºF but sunny all day, not more rain until Sunday.
We stand at 56.26 inches of rain. My prediction of 60 inches is season might come true.

One ski slop has 208 inches of snow on the ground, they might be open until late June at this rate.

Upper 80's, but low humidity. Going out to cut the front grass for the first time this season...

Looks like the new pine trees are gonna get wet tonight.
And that's a good thing for them right now.

Message 1861769 - Posted: 16 Apr 2017, 1:21:47 UTC - in response to Message 1861584.

Looks like the new pine trees are gonna get wet tonight.
And that's a good thing for them right now.

And another batch seems to be headed this way in a couple of hours. (The link above is still valid, it points to whatever the current radar loop is.)
We got at least a full inch last night. The temporary pond in my back yard had pretty much dried up.
It is pretty big again right now.
Should keep the new pine trees happy for a while, and more rain is in the forecast for next week.

Not a bad long weekend here at all with temps in the 6-21C range though we may get a bit of drizzle here late this afternoon/evening to finish it off.

Cheers.

Mid 50's all day and has been trying to rain all day, only a little hitting the ground. Went into town and never hit any.

Calling for some tonight but I think it will be more of the same since the wind just switched to the east it will blow it out of here.

The temp only got up to 80F today, it's about as cool a day I'll see until either the monsoons get here, or fall arrives...

Well it looks like I'll be cleaning gutters out again soon as this morning wind is blowing the leaves off the deciduous trees around here. :-(

The temp kicked off here at 8C (felt like 6C) as we expect a max of 19C and currently it's 14C (feels like 10C).

Cheers.

Today started off at 13C here on a very wet day, briefly hitting 14C at 10:30am before dropping back to 13C soon after, and we're now waiting for a southerly change to hit which should cool us off further while giving us our 1st frost for the year in the morning, and it should be a good 1 with all the water on the ground.

Cheers.
