When water cooling just isn't good enough, you need a water chiller to get rid of all that heat. Alphacool Eiszeit compressor has G1/4" connectors at the back so you can plumb it straight in to your system, using it as a replacement for your current radiator. Grant Darwin NT |

LOL...... My refrigerated cooling was applied via a subzero copper puck directly to the CPU at the time. But, if I ever dabbled in water cooling of either CPUs or GPUs, it certainly would involve something with a compressor. I could, if I ever went there, fire up the old freezer and put the puck in a coolant tank I suppose. It would probably take a lot of circulation directly over the puck to keep it from simply forming an ice cube around itself. It was not exactly designed for that application. That just looks like a watercooling unit for a M.I.G or T.I.G welder , must be "diversifyin" nowadays and spose must be profit in it to design / market one ;-) Life is what you make of it :-) When i'm good i'm very good , but when i'm bad i'm shi#eloads better ;-) In't I " buttercups " p.m.s.l at authoritie !!;-) |
