Server status' are up to date now. Nothing in the RTS buffer. Splitters are at 73 tasks/second output.

Once again the trick is how to get new work.

As stated before ... boy that's weired ... all my GPU queues are full (with blc13_2bit_guppi_ ...vlar) already.

. . I think you should buy a lottery ticket, compared to my rigs you are very lucky. Since the outrage I have received exactly 1 WU.

[edit] Hey maybe whinging does work! For the first time in over 30 hours I have received some work, at least for the GPU, still NADA on the CPU. Not a full cache but 65 and that's a good start.

Web pages still a bit sluggish
Machines slowly getting some work -> caches slowly filling, for example 30 CPU, 102 GPU.
Guess it's just the load on the servers, so should take some time for things to get back to "normal".
Kind of reminds of where Seti was about 5 years ago, ah but them we had "buffers" so that we could ride out these little storms.

. . As Grant observed ... after each week's outage things slowly get better and are finally running well just in time for the next week's outage. A wonderful system.

I am only crunching Seti on the CPUs and all caches are now full.

I still have zero CPU tasks on my new CPU fast cruncher for some reason. Tasks on CPU should allow any kind, Arecibo, Green Bank, non-VLAR or VLAR. Started to pick up a few GPU tasks on the machines. A low of 8 on this daily driver and a high of 69 on the new fast CPU cruncher.

As I understand it you have to fill your GPU cache before it goes to the CPU cache. Or you could micro manage it and temporarily turn off the GPU work fetch and you should get CPU work.

Well if that's the rule.... then something strange is going on. I have BOTH CPU and GPU on my Windows7 machines currently. All machines SLOWLY getting work but making some progress. What I have noticed in the past, prior to this latest outage is that the Windows10 machine ALWAYS filled up first and FASTEST. Currently at 128 GPU tasks on the Windows10 machine so only about 80 more GPU tasks to pull down before it starts filling up the CPU cache.

The one Linux host I currently have running (Actually a Mac Pro running Ubuntu with 1050ti) was stone cold, with no tasks when I awoke an hour ago. Looking just now it's picked up a mix of Arecibo and GBT work, CPU and GPU, without intervention. Looks like it was dry for a pretty long time though (rifling through the logs).
