Hi to All,
I've lost credentials for my old Seti-at-home account (account is from year 1999). An email address which has been assigned to the old does not exist anymore. Is there any chance to find the old user data and 'merge' statistics to my current account, I just created today?

You don't need the old email to be active nor remember the password for that email. All you need is the email itself, then follow the last link on this page.

Thank you for suggested steps, but it seems that none of proposed scenarios are suitable for me:
1) The very 1st SETI@home (classic) account complains about any of my old email addresses I have been trying
2) One of my old email account is belong to active BOINC account (surprise), but I can't restore my password because email address is not valid anymore

Did you already tie your old Classic account to your old BOINC account? If so, that process can only be done once and that would explain why you can't claim it. If not, then you must be misremembering the email you used to sign up.

As for your old BOINC account with an invalid email, do you still have an old copy of BOINC installed on an old machine somewhere with the old account? There' s away to utilize an account key stored in a file in the BOINC folder to log into your old account.

If not, I'm afraid recovery of your old BOINC account isn't possible.

I'm afraid that the old Classic account was registered to the very old email I don't have and even don't remember (I'm talking about end of 90th period).

No, unfortunately I don't have old installation of BOINC. But it is Ok, I think I can 'start a new life' with new BOINC and SETI credits.

Thanks for the help!
