Bird update again.
Finally know where they are hiding.
On top of my old computer that I eventually will dispose at the recycling station.

Two people stand outside of a door that has a panel next to it(Flo and protege), they try all sorts of 'passwords' thinking that will open the door, then a friend goes in the door and says Hi guys, yes it's a Progressive TV commercial(30 seconds), then the 2 think the password is 'Hi guys', the door was not ever locked, one just has to push against the doors, whether one says something or not...

Nah, this one's cooler, at least locally...

This place sold already, and I forgot to buy My powerball tickets... 1344sqft 2 bed, 2 bath, 3000sqft lot

This place is still for sale, and could be modified, sigh. 1643sqft 2 bed, 2 bath, 2614sqft lot $156,000.00

3 of My relatives bought this place, as soon as Escrow closes they're moving in asap.

3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a family room w/a closet, 1936sqft 6679sqft lot, on the tax rolls it's listed as a 4 bedroom, the price was $399,000.00, they got the place for $380,000.00.

I forgot to buy My powerball tickets...

Currently, I can't buy a Powerball ticket, or Mega Millions either. They dropped Illinois because our legislature hasn't passed a budget in over two years and the Comptroller can't pay out winnings over $25,000. I'll refrain from posting more details outside of the Politics forum (and I refuse to go in there).

+1

Here the cost of Lottery tickets is now $2.00 and the size of the awards is bigger.

Even though I like the place and the cooler temps, the property taxes are about $92.89 a month or currently $1,114.69 a year on a $156,000.00 home in Big Bear, My property taxes are $80.30 a year by comparison... I'd have to have a down payment of 81% on this place, or $126,400.00 to make it work.

I'm about to run out of internet access, I have less than 800MB left, if it lasts until the 9th I'd be surprised, I might be going offline on the 8th and not be back until the 10th, the 10th is when I can contact Spectrum Cable to get Spectrum Internet Assist, since that with taxes is $15.83 a month for those who qualify, one of the qualifications is to get SSI, and not be a customer for at least 30 days, being a New customer is mandatory, SSI supposedly has an age requirement of 65, but the age I think can be waived, at least that's what I've been told by those at Spectrum Cable(formerly Charter, TWC, and BHN).

I don't have internet except over my phone on Monday I will get internet from Spectrum Cable. Today the area had a small power outage. Grace and I are OK, power was restored after about 10 minutes thanks to a friend and I both calling SCE.
