Yeah I know Rob, but all we can do is hope he has a filament of reality :-)

That statement is incandescent.

Wishing you a full and speedy recovery, Vic

Thanks, so far I'm waiting for the 1st pain pill to kick in, on Friday I'm going back to the urologist to have the catheter removed, their idea, not mine.

Grace has quieted down since I came home, worked on Her box, picked up some dried poop on the carpet in 1 spot, and mopped up some drips that I made, something wasn't closed right, fixed that. Made sure she has enough food.

And yes I'm very tired.

There is a post-tropical cyclone in the East Pacific Ocean, 1034 miles from Me, yes I'm tired, by the name of Dora moving WNW @ 10mph, ugh.

I got My slides back and a Toshiba Satellite c675 with a charger/adapter, My sister in law didn't want it anymore, she and Her 2 daughters are moving to Pomona CA, as soon as She sells Her house, the prior deal fell thru, but She has at least 2 more sellers.

The pain pill I think has kicked in, and the cath will be coming out on Friday, and I have a ride.

Thanks in advice to anyone, I am beat.

The hospital food in Apple Valley at Saint Mary's is very good, I think they supplied pepper and whatever else is needed, but I was too hungry to care, I had lunch, dinner, breakfast, and lunch again.

Swallows learn to operate garage door at Norwegian building

Since swallows are known to return to the exact same spot/nest every year,
I suspect this will go on forever.

Actually it's still painful, very...

It will start to feel better after the cath is out. In the meantime, sleep as much as you can.

Thanks Lynn. Yeah the pain is not as great as it was earlier, both thanks to the pills and some time.

Time to heal will be the biggest input, pills only numb the pain. Take it easy and don't try to do too much bending about with a catheter in place - that can aggravate the pain and slow healing.

Yeah, the cath is coming out on Friday, so just a little over 24 hours, and I will be free of the extra plumbing, and I have been making sure the tube is clean, alcohol swabs packets were given to Me, and I have been using them.

And I get to drive to Apple Valley on July 3rd, since I have a follow up appointment at 8am with a Nurse Practitioner named Mina, so that means getting up at 6am, leaving at 7am, the only reason I have to drive to Apple Valley instead of nearby Barstow, is that was the only open appointment that is available, and its required to be done too.

Slowly the pain is going down, I did cough up some coagulated blood out of My throat today, which helps, that was from the tube that was put in My throat so that I could breathe while I was out in LALA land, while being operated on.

My sister in law is helping Me out some with some gas money for the 3rd, She's getting busy packing, Her house sold again, since the 1st sale fell thru and is now in escrow with a 2nd buyer, once again she got $240,000.00 for the house.

I took a nap for a couple of hours today, I needed that, someone call the police, I stole 40 winks. LOL
