Just think of the things you wouldn't have got or developed if the US had stayed out of WW2.
No need to develop nuclear technology, - but you can bet the eventual winners would have, and got ahead of the US.
No capture of the German rocket scientists - US would have probably never entered the space race or been thoroughly beaten.
Wouldn't have been given secrets of jet engines in payment for US aid.
I won't go on, the US would be a second tier country behind however would have won in Europe.
