Message 1845081 - Posted: 29 Jan 2017, 7:09:29 UTC - in response to Message 1844660.

I thought Trump was the 45th president or am I mistaken?

Unfortunately that isn't an alternate fact. This is about how long before #46

Did you fail to see :-)?

I find people that have no humour either insane or dangerous.

Didn't see your :-) after ....46....

So Obama will be the 48th then :-)

Michelle, Malia or Sasha?

Does it matter, it'll still be Obama :-)

If I were an Obama, I'd say "No way am I running, we've been put through enough." Not to say we won't hear from Barack, but any of his family running? Doubt it.

EXcellent point, EX!

Cry babies crying about "cry babies".
You're a special little snowflake, aren't you?
Keep it up! Ha, ha, HA!

He may be, I certainly am.

Just as women appropriated the word "pussy" (among others); homosexuals the words "queer" and "gay" (among others); it may be time for those opposed to the normalization of "45" to appropriate the word "snowflake".
I think you'll find it's a bit more complicated than that ...

Except we're not the ones trying to pass laws that allow 'christians' to not have their feelings hurt by having to sell cakes to gay people.

And? Are the pussies really pussies? The queers really queer? I don't care who rightfully deserves the label, only that it's being used by others to label me and my reactions to the last election. Fine, I'll have the label and wear it as a badge of honor.

As somebody said in the comments of this
Snowflakes are complex, unique geometic shapes, forged in the bitter cold, that can work together to create scenes of breathtaking beauty.

Doesn't sound like being a snowflake need be a bad thing ...

Snowflakes? Are they like the Flakes?
They don't do no good
They never be workin'
When they oughta should
They waste your time
They're wastin' mine
California's got the most of them
Boy, they got a host of them
Swear t'God they got the most
At every business on the coast
Swear t'God they got the most
At every business on the coast
They got the Flakes

The post you have responded to is indeed the beginnings of that appropriation.

Ha ha ha! I endured 2 years of your winter weather and 37 of my 48.5 years in similar or worse winter weather. Those longer winter walks have inured me against your emotionalism. And my last 7.5 years have been because of your last mistake. Quit yer cryin', shut up and listen. Senior snowflakes must be the worst of all.

See what I did there? Age-ism sucks, in both directions. But you've had several THREADS about it recently.
But seriously, quit whinin', sit down, shaddup and listen.

While the lesser of two evils is still evil, it is also LESS evil!
And Hillary would've been easier to fight, Lynn. Now we have a shock and awe president ramming things down our throats much worse than ACA was a ramming.

The Trump family has already introduced the now famous product called "Alternative Reality"!

And Anti Trump? Of course.

Unfortunately, for the Anti Trump. They are increasingly becoming an irrelevant and boring Reality Show.

Ah, I see! You mean anti-Bunyan!?

Ah, I see! You mean anti-Bunyan!?

Not just that. The Leftists are becoming increasing shrill and incoherent. As seen outside of their very small bubble. There is an increasing dismissal of all that The Left says.

Since it appears, and I believe to be true, to those outside of the Leftists little bubble. That there can be no disagreement with the Left. Without idiotic name calling, and thug physical assaults from The Left. It is increasing clear that The Left position is 'Our Way or Violence'. Perhaps even a Revolt - AKA: An unsuccessful revolution. Why even attempt an Intelligent Discussion with The Left, regarding the many problems the American People, some Trump Voters and Myself, have with Trump.

Trump is playing The Left, The Democrats, The Media, et al. For the fools they really are.

Who would want to attempt an intelligent discussion, if the person hinting at one describes a group of others as "fools", "shrill" and "incoherent". Given your language I would imagine that those that may be left leaning will avoid a discussion (intelligent or otherwise) with you CLYDE.

Note, there were more Democratic Party voters than those who voted for "45". When you say "Democrats" do you mean them (the supporters), the DNC, those of that party that won an election, or some other group?

When you say "Media" do you mean InfoWars, CNN, the NYT, the Washington Times, all of the above, some other set?

Sarge, what do you have against mythical lumberjacks?
I think you'll find it's a bit more complicated than that ...

Well we were enjoying some intelligent arguments here for a while, but now that Clyde is back with his usual rhetoric and name calling, all that intelligence has flown out the window again. :-(

"snowflake"

It is called Judgement, Morality and Ethics.

Accurately describing the Right Wing, Nazi, KKK, et al, and their cousins in the attempted destruction of our freedoms, the Left Wing, Marxist, Progressive, et al, as... Is wrong?

How would you accurately describe Nazi's, KKK, The Right, et al? Possibly worse then I do. So you would be wrong to do that? Of course not.

Same with my accurately describing Marxists, Progressives, The Left, et al.

"snowflake"

You do understand your post only confirms what I am saying.

Why do you choose to use generalities and ,when asked for specifics, used other generalities?

You do know "The Media" is not one thing, right? That there are, from an editorial perspective, left, right and centrist media organizations? Are they all foolish? If not, which ones are you labeling?

You do know that "Democrats" could mean any of the things I suggested, (and probably others too) right?

You were the one that asked "Why even attempt an Intelligent Discussion with The Left", while at the same time engaging in name calling. Why do you believe that any from the Left would be interested in an intelligent discussion with you, given that name calling?

Why invoke "Right Wing, Nazi, KKK, et al" when these groups were absent from the post I replied too?

I have no idea how my previous post confirms anything you said Perhaps you could explain to me in simpler terms how you reached the conclusion that it did.
I think you'll find it's a bit more complicated than that ...
