As the title says, upgraded the video card ( the gtx 660 died so I rma'd and got a 960 ftw instead). As such, is there anything I need to change with seti or do I just plug and play and go from there. Any hints or help would be appreciated.

Sincerely,

Just make sure you have used the Nvidia supplied drivers and not those from Microsoft (the latter are OK for gaming, but are often seriously degraded for computational use).
Other than that there is very little to do at the outset - let your new cards settle in, monitor them for "premature death", and enjoy the lower power bills!

Are you using custom command line settings?
