Eric Korpela fixed the barycentric correction code, which adjusts signal frequencies based on the receiver's acceleration at that moment, taking into account various factors including the gravitational effects of the planets, the non-spherical shape of the Earth, and so on. If you're curious, the code is here. This will be used in our next scoring run; barycentric multiplets will now be meaningful. |

What data throughput are you achieving now? In a separate thread you talked about scoring 1 million pixels, but it sounded like the processing rate was slower than desired. Any estimates on how long it now takes to process a fixed number of results and whether further optimisation is needed or being implemented? |

I don't know wether the target has been achieved just yet, but the time-frames that are aimed for to have a continuus workflow, that incluedes algorithm optimisation/correction and repeat are described here: https://setiathome.berkeley.edu/nebula_web/workflow.php |

This will be used in our next scoring run; barycentric multiplets will now be meaningful. Was this "next scoring run" already done? And could the information when the last scoring run was done be added to the web interface, so we do not need to ask such questions in the future because we would see the change in this value? |
