Here the park I think is using only 1 of the 2 wells, so the pressure is reduced, what the park needs is solar to offset the electrical usage of the parks lights and of the pumps, and new pavement on the streets, but the owners don't seem all too interested in spending money to make money. Nearly half the park spaces are empty, and the ones that are full have maybe 20 that are occupied. But then the current manager did say "Nickel and Diming" the park, even the washroom window that was broken over a year back, has only been boarded up...
