Cross Account Certificate error

I get to see the cross project certificate because I have credit in lots of other projects. You don't seem to have done any work for any other project with the account that holds the email address you registered with here at Seti. If you have done work at other projects, check the email address you used there. If you haven't done any work for other projects, then that's the problem: there's nothing to show here, but there isn't anything programmed for that case and so it throws the elaborate error message.
