Interesting machine what ever it is.

The blades on it don't seem to be sharp, might it be blowing air on your face?

Looking at the tool I see that the upper ring moves and the lower I guess just holds it steady.

as close as I can come is: Orthodonic Reverse Pull Headgear
- but I can't find the exact picture so it must be for a POTATO HEAD.

Is used for casting, just not seeds.
Not musical.

Must have found a good one. Gary doesn't have it yet.

Gary has found it, but Gary doesn't believe the description is accurate as he can't find any info on how to use it!

So my question about cooling still stands as well as Carlos and my question about the hole in the side.

I found it too. But rather impractical. The drill on the other hand tooth could have some applications.

Did you watch the drill video?

It can't be all that strong to do any heavy work.

I was thinking maybe for rolling paper tubes or something like that.?

Forming is related to molding right?

It is for the first part of your answer. But not for "lath and plaster."

You did give a great clue back there about breath powered tool. Now if the latest clue is read. Then we might rotate to the next tool.

I think its real purpose isn't as a useful tool but as an object or art.
