How about a gadget for casting seeds while you walk?

Ha! Casting seeds ... like spitting watermelon that are then dispersed? Whoda Thunk?

OR-
Perhaps we are all looking at this thing from the wrong end.
Maybe it's an auto fertilizer casting device... to be worn with the 'paddle wheel' facing back and straps around the waist.
Instead of a run to the outhouse, just strap on the device and run around the field.

I would think you would carry a sack on your side and the seed or what ever would drop on the spinner to cast the seed is my thought.

Gary has found it, but Gary doesn't believe the description is accurate as he can't find any info on how to use it!
