When used does it stop stuff coming out, or things getting in?

"Potato Pre-mastication" .... wow. I thought this forum was moderated?

Is it a Farriers Hammer?

Okay a hammer it is but since they come in such a wide range of uses it's hard to say which one your talking about.

it has one use intended.

Is it a Farriers' Clinch Block?

Used to hold on the hoof, just above the nail exit, to prevent hoof tear out or splitting as the nail is driven tight to the shoe.

Edit: Clearly NOT potato related.

The barrel ring hammer I used had a longer handle on it, we had to fill them with a sand paper grain. one barrel was about 500 pounds which we sent all over the world to customers

It was one of my first factory jobs as a young buck..

How many spuds to the mile do you get? Or do you just spud along. I bet it's dirt cheap to operate. LOL

Or you pull into the garage at night and just spud it in for the next day. LOL
