With the current GBT work this week I seem to be flat lining at around 91.5K.

47K for the 3570K and 44K for the 2500K.

I wonder what this week's outrage has in store?

Quite often the hardest part about the gift to self is explaining how much the refrigerator size box with the big letters "CRAY" really cost to your wife

Michael

If my missus was still alive she'd want 1 too. ;-)

Cheers.

Well I've attained a RAC of 92K, the 3570K rig is at 47.7K while the 2500K rig is at 44.3K.

I'm expecting that to drop now seeing that there is good amount of GBT work back in my caches.

Cheers.

Well it seems that I'm not finished going upwards with my 1060's just yet as my RAC passes 93K. :-O

My 3570K rig has passed 48K now while the 2500K rig is getting very close to 45K.

Cheers.

My RAC is still going up, currently it's 94.5K, and at this point in time my Gainward GeForce GTX 1060 3GB's are averaging 22K each while my ASUS DUAL-GTX1060-O3G's are averaging 23.5K each.

My 3570K is now at 48.8K while the 2500K is now at 45.6K.

Cheers.

Bloody Hell!

Not much change on the pendings here this morning, but I've made it to 96K now and my graphs here are trying to go ballistic again. :-O

My 3570K is now at 49.5K while the 2500K is now at 46.4K.

Cheers.

I'm sorry Petri, but these 2 rigs do a lot more than just crunch and Linux just doesn't cut it for me away from crunching where work is involved (it has been tried here a few times with several different versions over the years, but it always falls short for what I need and do).

Cheers.

This morning my RAC is now at 97.5K while my 3570K is at 50.2K and the 2500K is at 47.3K.

I'm starting to wonder if I'll pull up this side of 100K.

Cheers.

If there's no pass through for the GPU's then that would be utterly pointless, but then the effort of running a VM here is also seems pointless to me when I already have what suits me down to the ground (different strokes for different folks). ;-)

BTW it's now been 3 months since the 1060's went into the 3570K and 2 months for the 2500K.

Cheers.

Yes it hasn't been since the old MB V6 days that I was in that club Rob and it seems that under this 99.99% Arecibo diet that I'm averaging around a 103K return p/d, though with a gut full of GBT tasks on regular hand I'm betting on just under 88K then (but I could be wrong there too).

Anyhow, in another 6-8 weeks, I'll be dragging the old Borg up here and firing it up again for a bit of extra heating and a few more cobblestones. ;-)

Cheers.

Have you considered running Linux, my linux machine with one 1060 6Gb and one 3Gb card is at 72,800 RAC :-)

Why do people keep asking me this same silly question when when it has already been answered? (more times than I care to remember in fact) :-(

Anyhow, back to reality, I've now broken into a 6 figure RAC. :-D

Cheers.

Sorry I didn't know that, guess I should have read the whole thread before posting.
Just wanted to suggest a way to boost your RAC.
