Years ago, I had a nifty little program that would display your hard drive space used as a pie chart, and then you could determine what was using up your space and delete what was not needed.
I thought I still had it archived, but cannot seem to find it. Might have lost it years ago when a drive crashed.

Any thoughts on what it might have been? It was very handy at the time.

Don't think so.
This was a much simpler program.
Like I said, displayed the disk contents in a pie chart.

Might be useful, but not the old program I am trying to find again.
Thanks.

I have one called Scanner, that displays a selected HD as a pie chart, quite cute it is ;-)

Take a look at this freeware version of a disk cleaner I've used for a few years. Very through scanning of the hard drive. Breaks down disk usage and type of file.

Looked interesting, but after downloading it and trying to run it, it says that you need to have .net 4.5 installed. Since I am running Win 7 systems as lean as possible, I have avoided any .net installations on my own volition. Wonder if the one he is looking for is a bit simpler, from the sounds of the age of it, I'd doubt it'd require .net to be installed, but who knows?

I ran into the same problem.....I think this might be an updated version of what I used to have.
I have .net on my rig, but I think it wants a newer version, and I was having problems updating it. Have been too busy to play with it further, but I shall try to get it working.
